Who We Are

Bowen Legacy Group exists because God-given vision deserves more than good intentions. It deserves structure.

Between us, Kristen and Thomas Bowen carry over 20 years of leadership. Not theory. The kind earned inside hard seasons, real organizations, and the gap between what God said and what existed.

Kristen is the lead consultant and framework architect. She works from the inside of organizations, not as the vision-bearer, but as the one who builds the structure to hold it. As a ministry executive she helped grow a team of four with minimal processes to nine people running five departments, events across four states, and an international retreat, then stepped away for a three-month sabbatical. The organization held.

That's the goal. Not replacing the visionary. Freeing them.

Thomas serves as BLG's strategic advisor. He's the discerner. Every framework Kristen builds, Thomas pressure-tests. He identifies the gaps before they become failures and evaluates whether what's been built will actually hold. His operational insight was built through years in trades businesses and witnessing firsthand the cost of growth that compromises culture. He’s experienced poor change management. He knows how to prevent it.

Kristen builds the framework. Thomas discerns its viability.

One shaped by ministry. One by the marketplace.

Both called to the same conviction: the Body of Christ needs both.
